Description:

• We are seeking dependable and skilled Single-Hand Welders to join our team in Boyd, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong welding and fabrication skills and will be responsible for welding steel and piping component. We are open to 1099 and W2 employment. 

• Welding machines, rig, and consumables will be provided — bring your basic tools and show up ready to weld.

Requirements:

• Weld pipes in accordance with project specifications, industry codes (AWS D1.1), and safety standards

• Use shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), or other welding processes as required.

• Perform pipe fitting and prep work, including cutting, beveling, and grinding.

• Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and integrity requirements.

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.

• Collaborate with the yard crew and supervisors to meet project deadlines.

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

• Must be able to pass a visual or X-ray weld test. Certification is required.

• 2–4 years of welding experience preferred.

• Personal Rig is not needed.

• Ability to commute within DFW required, additional travel in Texas/Oklahoma on a limited basis.
